In-Store Purchases
• All sales are final. Due to the nature of second-hand and vintage items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• If you believe an item was misrepresented, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with supporting evidence.
Online Purchases
• You have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it (EU Consumer Rights Directive).
• Returns must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
• Final Sale Items: Some items (e.g., discounted, personalised, or hygiene-sensitive items) are non-refundable.
